The image that we created, the Eifel Tower is constructed completely from triangles and squares. Triangles make most of the recreated image and squares are horizontally placed. This was done intentionally because horizontal shapes are the most stable to people when they view something. The squares are also made of vertical lines. This makes the recreated piece more exciting and active to look the viewer. And the triangles, what the piece is mostly composed of imply motion or tension. All these aspects together make the piece work. It is stable which is important because it is a building. It is exciting and active which always makes a piece more interesting to look at. And it has a sense of movement which puts the cherry top.
